So this week saw the first of our Magical Mystery Tours to the Fox And Hounds in Great Moulton.
A new destination for the Mamils. Heading south out of Norwich it did mean that we could take a slightly different route to the normal southern passage.
A cosy venue it offers a good selection of beers including Ghost Ship to keep most of the Mamils happy.
It has a nice feel to the place and a warm welcome. We took our seats in the dining room and placed our orders for the following;
Nick & Rob – Steak Burger topped with chilli
Ed –
Steve – Beetroot burger topped with chorizo
Chris – Burger with halloumi
Howard – Fish & Chips
The burgers we good, the homemade rolls were quite small and a little bit hard, but they did last the whole burger, even topped with chilli they didn’t disintegrate
The burger was ground steak but could’ve been cooked just a little bit less. Served with hand cut chips it was still a very enjoyable meal.
