This week and it’s a new venue for the website but a second visit for the MAMILS team, well most of them.

With a bit of headwind we took a decent length route out north of the City and then made our way east over towards Thurne itself, heading through Horning and on towards Potter Heigham, then finally to Thurne an uneventful ride for all this week.

They have a very good selection of beers and ciders with various breweries including Redwell.

The menu is quite extensive too, and most meals are easily changed to a children’s option.

This weeks food orders are as follows;

Nick & Chris – LION BURGER – 6OZ BEEF BURGER TOPPED WITH CHEESE, SMOKED BACON & BBQ SAUCE

Mike – CAJUN BURGER – MARINATED CAJUN CHICKEN BREAST, SALSA, SOUR CREAM & MOZZARELLA

Steve – MOVING MOUNTAINS MEAT FREE BURGER – TOPPED WITH VEGAN CHEESE, RED PEPPERS & TOMATO RELISH SERVED WITH FRIES & VEGAN COLESLAW

Howard – LAMB AND MINT BURGER TOPPED WITH FETA CHEESE & HOMEMADE TZATZIKI SERVED WITH FRIES AND COLESLAW

Ed – REDWELL STEAM BATTERED HADDOCK, HANDMADE CHIPS, GARDEN PEAS & HOMEMADE TARTARE SAUCE

The burgers were very tasty, the BBQ sauce could have been a bit stronger, it was there, but you couldn’t really taste it.

The roll, although it held together until the end of the burger, was a little bit over toasted for my personal taste.

All the meals were really good and there wasn’t anything left behind!

Hopefully, a return visit won’t be that far away.
