Review:

This week was another return visit to the Vernon Arms at Southrepps, read our original review.

Its one of the Mamils favourites this one so it was good to see that service has improved quite a bit since the last time we rode there.

Tonight’s orders:

Steve – Whole-tail scampi with chips, minted mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce

Howard – Beer battered haddock with chips and minted mushy peas

Ed – Chilli con Carne or vegetable chilli with rice and garlic bread

Nick – Chicken, leek and bacon pie, served with minted mushy peas and chips

The meals were really good as they always are here, and the pie was amazing, tonight I just didn’t feel like eating a burger, so chicken pie it was instead!

I doubt this will be the last visit of 2019
