Review:

This week our ride took us south out of Norwich via a circuitous route to the Town of Wymondham. The weather was rather chilly but a clear evening lead to a pleasant 27-mile ride to the Queens Head where we were welcomed by an open fire.

The pub was quite busy for a Thursday night but we were seated and our food order placed reasonably quickly, although we did have to wait a while for it to arrive. The wait, however, was worth it, the fish and chips were rather large and very good, the burgers too were very good and with my first taste of rosemary fries I shall be looking out for these in the future.

Followed by a gentle ride back afterwards to the warmth of the Norwich city air.
